These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of iconicintroductions.com, our application and booking forms, and our email and text communications. The site is operated by Iconic Introductions ("Iconic Introductions," "we," "us"). By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Our services are for adults aged 18 or over who are legally able to enter a committed relationship. By applying, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. In particular, you confirm that your relationship status is accurate.
2. Applications and consultations
Submitting an application or attending a consultation does not create a client relationship or guarantee acceptance. We work with a limited number of clients and may decline any application at our discretion, without giving a reason. Consultations are confidential and carry no obligation.
3. Client services
If you become a client, your services, fees, payment terms, cancellation and refund terms are set out in a separate written client agreement. If there is any conflict between that agreement and these Terms, the client agreement governs.
4. No guarantee of outcome
Matchmaking depends on personal chemistry and the choices of the people involved. We make thoughtful, personal introductions, but we cannot guarantee that any introduction will lead to a relationship, engagement, or marriage. Statistics and client stories on our site describe past experiences and are not a promise of future results.
5. Discretion and confidentiality
We treat your information with discretion, as described in our Privacy Policy. In return, you agree to keep confidential any personal information you receive about other clients or introductions, and to use it only to get to know that person.
6. Conduct and personal safety
You agree to treat every introduction with respect and honesty. We may end services if you behave in a way we reasonably consider inappropriate, dishonest, or unsafe. While we take care in whom we introduce, we do not perform criminal background checks unless your client agreement states otherwise. Please use sensible judgment: meet in public places and let someone know your plans.
7. Website use
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, scrape, or misuse the site or its content. You also agree not to submit false information or another person's details. All content on the site, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Iconic Introductions or its licensors.
8. Third-party services and links
The site may use or link to third-party services, such as scheduling, payment, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
9. Text messaging (SMS) program terms
Program: Iconic Introductions client communications.
What you'll receive: messages about your application, consultation scheduling, and appointment reminders. If you separately opt in, you may also receive marketing messages, such as invitations and new openings.
Consent: you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our forms. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll receive one confirmation message, and no further messages after that.

Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
10. Email communications
If you join The Iconic Circle or submit a form, we may email you. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
11. Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iconic Introductions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from interactions with people you meet through our introductions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to US $100, or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Iconic Introductions against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your conduct toward other people you are introduced to.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Sandoval County, New Mexico, unless your client agreement provides otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
